F. 現地時間15時フォーメーションラップ開始。雨が降っており特にオールージュから先はウォータースクリーンで何も見えなさそう。 Starting Procedure Sespendedとのアラート。スタート延期。レースリーダーのノリスの無線によると、セーフティカーの後ろですら何も見えないそう。赤旗中断中のツノダのインタビューでは、ペットの亀の名前がKamekichi(カメ吉？)と判明する。
F2. 現地時間16時20分、2回目のフォーメーションラップが全車ピットレーンより開始。全車インターミディエートタイヤ。青空が広がるスパフランコルシャンではあるは、ケメルストレートはかなりウォータースクリーンが大きく白く広がっている。
５． ローリングスタートによりレース開始。2位ピアストリがノリスにピッタリくっついていく。オールージュの先ケメルストレートでピアストリがオーバーテイクしてトップに。スプリントで同じようにフェルスタッペンにしてやられたピアストリが見事なローリングスタートを決めた。
６．ラッセルがアルボンをかわして5位。 松田氏解説；アルボンはダウンフォースを削っている分、現状は厳しそうです。
７．松田氏解説；セクター2はフェラーリが厳しそうです。これはダウンフォースの違いですね。(濡れた路面はダウンフォースが高い方が有利)
８．後方のハミルトンがガツガツと順位を上げてきており、現在15位。
９．川井氏解説；インターミディエートタイヤがオーバーヒートしていて、各車ラップタイムは伸びていません。 ハミルトンがガスリーをかわして13位。
１１．フェルスタッペンが3位ルクレールに襲い掛かる。ルクレールはインに入られるものの、ウォーターパッチでトラクションが掛からなかったり、ストレートスピードで逃げる。フェルスタッペン的にはDRS Enableが待ち遠しい。
１２．まずハミルトンがピットに動いた。スリックのミディアムへ。 上位勢を見ていてもスライドが多く、インターミディエートタイヤは死にかけている。
１３．上位勢が一気にピットイン。皆スリックに。フェルスタッペンは4.8秒の静止で時間が掛かった。 ルクレールがアルボンに対してピットのアンセーフリリースの疑いのあるリプレイ映像が流れる。
１４．ノリスもピット。ハードを選択。最後まで行けるのか？ 左フロントの交換にやや時間が掛かった。 川井氏解説；スクエアに入れろよ・・。
１６．松田氏解説；ここでは逆にウイングを付けているフェルスタッペンが厳しそうですね。5位ラッセルに追い付かれています。 ピアストリ、ノリス、ルクレール、フェルスタッペン、ラッセル、アルボン、ハミルトン、ローソン、ヒュルケンベルグ、ボルトレートのトップ10。
１８．ハードを穿いたノリスがファステスト。ノリスは今シーズンはポールスタートのレースは全て優勝しているが、ベルギーGPもセオリーを堅守するのか。
１９．川井氏解説；ミディアムはタイヤマネジメントが必要ですが、ハードはマネジメントせずに全開区間を長く走れているのでしょう。
２１．ハジャーが2回目のピット。ハードに。
２５．100回目のレースを迎えたツノダは現在12位でDRSトレインの渦中にいる。
２７．アントネッリが遂にアロンソをかわして14位。DRSトレインの中で動きが見られた。
２９．太陽が顔を覗かせている。2時間前までの大雨からは考えられなかった光景こそがスパ・ウェザーだ。エアロセットアップがチームによって異なるのもこのサーキットの見どころに違いない。
３０．ピアストリ、ノリス、ルクレール、フェルスタッペン、ラッセル、アルボン、ハミルトン、ローソン、ボルトレート、ヒュルケンベルグのトップ10。 アロンソがピット。2ストップを早めに選択してくるドライバーが散見されてきた。
３１．松田氏解説；アルボンが凄い頑張ってますよ。現在6位走行中です。 ノリスがターン10でコースオフするリプレイが流れた。 アントネッリがピット。16位で復帰。
３６．レコームで15位オコンvs16位アントネッリ。一度インからアントネッリが差したもののコーナーを膨らんだところでオコンが再び抜き返した。その直後、国際映像がオコンのパートナーを捕らえた。
３８．フェルスタッペンが3位ルクレールまで1秒に迫る。 ルクレールへのチーム無線：Verstappen 1.2 seconds. →ルクレール返答：Leave me alone, please. I can have no information then when he’s getting close. I have too much information, keep it constant, don’t worry. 松田氏解説；ブレーキング時の無線はドライバーを苛立たせます。
４０．川井氏解説；ガスリーはトゥ無しでストレートが318km/hまで伸びます。ツノダはガスリーを抜けばポイント圏内ですが、ガスリーは速いですね。
４２．トップのピアストリと2位ノリスは3秒。ノリスがスライドして差が4秒に。ラソースのブレーキングだ。3位ルクレールと4位フェルスタッペンの差は1.7秒。 川井氏解説；マックス諦めた・・？
４３．ピアストリがここで自己ベスト。さすがのタイヤマネジメントだ。
４４．ベアマンがツノダをかわして11位。 今シーズン6勝目のピアストリ。ミディアムを最後まで丁寧に使い切ったことで、チャンピオンシップが面白くなってきた。 川井氏解説；3位チェッカーのルクレールは最後までフェルスタッペンにDRSを使わせなかったですね。 ハミルトンは7位フィニッシュとドライバーオブザデイを獲得した。

At 15:00 local time, the formation lap begins under rain. Visibility beyond Eau Rouge is nearly zero due to a heavy water screen. An alert flashes: Starting Procedure Suspended—the start is delayed. According to race leader Norris on team radio, visibility is so poor that “even behind the safety car, I can’t see anything.”
During the red flag period, Tsunoda is interviewed, revealing his pet turtle is named Kamekichi.

At 16:20 local time, the second formation lap begins from the pit lane. All cars are on intermediate tyres. Though blue skies appear over Spa-Francorchamps, the Kemmel Straight remains shrouded in a white water screen.
Lap 5:
The race begins with a rolling start. Piastri sticks right behind Norris, then overtakes him on the Kemmel Straight after Eau Rouge—a stunning move reminiscent of what Verstappen did to him in the sprint. This time, Piastri nails it.
Lap 6:
Russell passes Albon for P5.
Matsuda: “Albon looks to be struggling—running with reduced downforce in these conditions is tough.”
Lap 7:
Matsuda: “Ferrari is really struggling in Sector 2—that’s the difference in downforce. On a wet track, higher downforce pays off.”
Lap 8:
Hamilton charges from the back and is now up to 15th.
Lap 9:
Kawai: “Intermediates are overheating; lap times are stagnant.”
Hamilton passes Gasly for 13th.
Lap 11:
Verstappen attacks 3rd-placed Leclerc. Despite dives into the inside, traction on wet patches fails him, and Leclerc escapes on the straights. Verstappen is desperate for DRS to be enabled.
Lap 12:
Hamilton pits first for slick mediums. The leaders show heavy sliding—the inters are nearly dead.
Lap 13:
The leaders dive into the pits en masse for slicks. Verstappen’s stop is slow—4.8 seconds. Replays show Leclerc possibly committing an unsafe release in front of Albon.
Lap 14:
Norris pits for hards—can he go to the end? His left front change is slow.
Kawai: “Square it up, guys…”
Lap 16:
Matsuda: “Here, Verstappen’s extra wing angle is hurting him—Russell in P5 is closing in.”
Top 10: Piastri, Norris, Leclerc, Verstappen, Russell, Albon, Hamilton, Lawson, Hülkenberg, Bortoleto.

Norris, on hards, sets the fastest lap. He’s unbeaten from pole this season—will Belgium follow the pattern?

Tsunoda, in his 100th race, runs 12th, stuck in a DRS train.

Antonelli finally clears Alonso for P14—some movement in the DRS pack.
Lap 29:
The sun breaks through—a stark contrast to the downpour two hours ago. Classic Spa weather. Aero setups vary widely among teams, adding intrigue.
Lap 30:
Top 10: Piastri, Norris, Leclerc, Verstappen, Russell, Albon, Hamilton, Lawson, Bortoleto, Hülkenberg. Alonso pits—early second-stop attempts are emerging.
Lap 31:
Matsuda: “Albon is fighting brilliantly—still P6.”
Replay shows Norris running wide at Turn 10. Antonelli pits, rejoins 16th.
Lap 36:
Ocon vs Antonelli for P15 at Les Combes. Antonelli dives inside but runs wide, allowing Ocon back through. The feed then cuts to Ocon’s partner in the stands.
Lap 38:
Verstappen closes to within 1 second of P3 Leclerc.
Team radio: “Verstappen 1.2 seconds.”
Leclerc: “Leave me alone, please. I can have no information then when he’s getting close. I have too much information—keep it constant, don’t worry.”
Matsuda: “Radio during braking annoys drivers.”
Lap 40:
Kawai: “Gasly reaches 318 km/h even without a tow. Tsunoda needs to pass him for points, but Gasly is quick.”
Lap 42:
Gap between leader Piastri and Norris grows from 3s to 4s as Norris slides at La Source. Leclerc leads Verstappen by 1.7s.
Kawai: “Has Max given up…?”
Lap 43:
Piastri sets a personal best—stellar tyre management.
Lap 44:
Bearman passes Tsunoda for 11th.
Piastri claims his 6th win of the season, nursing mediums to the end and spicing up the championship battle.
Kawai: “Leclerc, P3, never let Verstappen get DRS.”
Hamilton finishes P7 and takes Driver of the Day.
